Yes, we have two sizes that are climate controlled. Those sizes are 5×12 and 10×12.
Indoor units are “climate-controlled” meaning they have heat and A/C. They are located inside of a building. Outdoor units are “non-climate controlled” meaning there is no heat/air. These are drive-up units that you can drive right up to.
Yes, all of our leases are month-to-month, meaning you are not bound for any specific amount of time, just 1 month at a time.
Yes, we currently offer 24/7 access.
Yes, we have storage units with drive-up access available. These are our “non-climate controlled” storage units.
Your storage rental includes 24/7 security via a secure, fully fenced facility and 24/7 video surveillance.
Yes, as long as we have vacant units, you can transfer to a larger or smaller storage unit based on your storage needs. You may also transfer to a climate controlled storage unit or a non-climate-controlled storage unit.
Our prices vary depending on the unit size and whether it’s climate-controlled or not. Please review our rental page for details on our current rates.
We are currently offering a “first month free” promotion. We will waive the entire first month’s rent and you will just pay an administrative fee of $29.99.
A one-time administrative fee of $29.99 is applied to your first month’s rent.

We understand that things happen! If your payment is late, a $20 late fee will be added to your account. Your gate access code will be suspended
if your account is more than 10 days past due. As soon as your account is paid in full, your code will be restored.
Our facility is extremely secure. Since we took ownership in 2023, we have not had any security incidents!
Yes, we have a fully fenced, secure storage facility with 2 separate gate entrances. A unique PIN is required to enter these gates.
Yes, you must provide your own lock.
The tenant who rented the storage unit and anyone they voluntarily give access to their storage unit by providing them with either the key or combination to their lock, along with providing them with their assigned gate access code.
If you forget your gate access code, simply give us a call at 251-256-4250. If you lose the key to your storage unit, give us a call and we can plan for someone to manually cut the lock but this may take several days.
No, this facility is managed remotely off site.

Divide your storage unit into sections:
Back wall = long term storage items,
Sides = stackable boxes and sturdy furniture.
Front = frequently needed items.
Center aisle = leave a small walkway for access.
Put all heavy items on the bottom (ex: solid wood dressers, appliances, filing cabinets, heavy storage totes). Never stack heavy boxes on top of fragile ones
Clean everything first: furniture/leather/wood should ne wipes down, dusted, let items dry completely, condition leather, polish wood.
Disassemble when possible (remove legs/drawers/shleves/cushions), Use proper covers or moving blankets, avoid plastic directly on wood (can
trap moisture and cause damage). Use breathable fabric covers for upholstery. Wrap and protect all electronics; use bubble wrap for
delicate details. Also use cardboard corner protectors for tables and dressers. Keep small hardware in labeled bags taped to the item.
Yes, we offer both outdoor covered and outdoor non-covered RV/trailer/boat parking.
Our storage facility is routinely serviced by a pest control company. Humidity protection is offered by renting one of our climate-controlled storage units.
